REST YOUR CONSCIOUS MIND FOR SWEET DREAMS

After all your day being busy with thinking, if there are any worries or disturbances left in your mind, it isn’t ideal going to sleep this way if what you want is to have sweet dreams.
This is why I have recorded this guided meditation so you can tune into your higher self, raise your feelings and enjoy a good night.
Sleeping well is very important. While you are asleep, many programs and beliefs appear in your dreams, and if you don’t listen to your intuition, you might be repeating the same patterns over and over, during the day, and during your dreams.
If you want to change, start by resting your conscious mind.
