Observe the way you feel:

If you are not feeling well, you are not in alignment.

When you are not feeling good, something is going on inside you.
Your body is calling you, it needs your attention.
What is happening inside you?
Listen with attention, there is a lot to acknowledge and to take care of.

Listen to your self when something is not well.

How to understand what your body is telling you:

When you are out of alignment, you experience discomfort in your body, a feeling of not feeling well. This feeling connects with the mind, with thoughts that aren’t true. You believe a lie, and this causes more suffering in you. This impacts others too. What you feel, it’s not just in you, but in everyone around you.

Other people are experiencing discomfort too. They are not aware of the connection with truth. They separate themselves from the connection with the deepest self. This causes problems. We are now going to resolve this:

  • By deepening within.

I know how difficult is to listen to your intuition sometimes, the mind believes lies, but intuition never lies, it’s very spot on!
