Being positive is not enough if there is an underlying feeling of separation between you and who you are not*.
Rejection is the block.
To commit fully to yourself, there are certain aspects of life that cannot be avoided, such as discomfort and safety: triggers that appear for you to deal and stay in the way. You can’t step out of it and forgive who you are not, but stay and integrate those aspects. It will benefit you more.
If you commit to integration, there is no way that you can ever be alone, even when you live with the fear of not being loved.

Your mind says: I am not.
Your spirit replies: you are all.

*(who you are not: people who you dislike and don’t accept).
